浓浓书香醉校园,文化育人细无声。大学的使命是人才培养、科学研究和服务社会,这一切都离不开大学文化的影响。创建学习型党组织要为大学文化建设提供思想保证、增添精神动力和优化生态环境,大学文化建设应是高校创建学习型党组织题中之义,把文化引领和人文精神培养作为重中之重,使文化熏陶、道德培养潜移默化作用于人才培养的各个环节,渗透和谐校园建设的各个方面,实现高校创建学习型党组织与大学文化建设有机结合,相互促进。
