TWEAK在动脉粥样硬化疾病中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 肿瘤坏死因子样弱凋亡诱导剂(TWEAK)是肿瘤坏死因子超家族的一员,它与受体——成纤维细胞生长因子-14(Fn14)结合,参与许多病理生理过程。TWEAK/Fn14配体受体轴可能参与了动脉粥样硬化斑块进展的各个过程:调节内皮细胞的激活、促进内膜增厚、募集炎症细胞、促进斑块的不稳定以及此后的血栓形成等。
