简要介绍了目前世界及中国能源消耗及生产的状况,突出中国能源面临的严峻形势,探讨了在安全的前提下发展核电的战略意义。
Current states .of energy consumption and production in China and other parts of the world are briefly introduced in order to highlight the critical energy situation China faces. The strategic significance of developing nuclear power under the premise of safety is discussed.
