摘要
本文采用基团转移共聚法 ,合成低分子量、窄分布的活性丙烯酸预聚物 ,再与醇酸树脂接枝酯化 ,制得丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂。树脂涂膜在干性、耐腐蚀等性能方面明显优于传统醇酸树脂。讨论了各主要因素对合成预聚物。
In this article the method of group transfer polymerization was applied into synthesis the prepolymer of acrylic with lower molecular weight and narrower molecular distribution,then which esterified with the alkyd resin,finally the acrylic-modified alkyd resin was gained.Comparison with traditional alkyd resin,the film of acrylic-modified alkyd resin has superior properties in drying,anti-corrosion etc.The effects of main factors on the synthetic prepolymer,modified resin and film properties were discussed.
