高透湿高耐水压织物涂层剂的复配及工艺条件分析 被引量:2

摘要 复配一种织物高透湿高耐水压涂层剂,通过对复配条件、涂层工艺条件的筛选,得出最佳湿法涂层工艺条件为:TPU溶液黏度17 Pa.s,制孔剂正辛醇用量2.16%,匀泡剂(L-580)用量7%,凝固浴温度30℃,凝固浴中DMF浓度10%,凝固时间10 min(以上均为质量分数)。采用湿法涂层工艺,可获得透湿量为8 103 g/(m2.24 h)、耐水压为28.4 kPa的涂层织物。通过对涂层后织物的电镜扫描分析可知,涂层织物上的微孔孔径小于1.25μm。 The concentration of cadmium ion in textiles was measured using the method specified by Oeko-Tex Standard 100 requirements and GB/T 2912.1-1998 standard and the distribution form of the measured concentration was also verified. Final results showed that the measured concentration of cadmium ion fit the normal distribution well after resampled by the method of Bootstrap. According to the European Union exposure model of chemical substances, the domestic textiles hazardous substances exposure model was established. Setting the confidence limit of confidence level of 95% (UCL) as the effective concentration, the amount of cadmium ion exposure to human was obtained.
