膜电解技术处理含铜电镀废水的研究

A Study of Treating Electroplating Wastewater Containing Cu^(2+) with Membrane Electrolytic Technology

摘要 利用膜电解技术,分别采用硫酸铜、氢氧化钠、草酸和氨水作为阴极膜室电解质对含铜电镀废水进行废水中Cu2+的去除率和回收的实验研究。结果表明:以氨水为电解质,电解4h后,废水中Cu2+的去除率和质量浓度分别为90.72%和10.16mg/L,和其他电解质相比,具有去除效率高、反应时间短等特点。对于废水中Cu2+的回收,由于电解质的不同,回收方式也有差异。 An experimental study was performed on the removal rate and recovery of Cu^2+ in electroplating wastewater containing Cu^2+ by using membrane electrolytic technology with CuSO4, NaOH, oxalic acid and ammonia as electrolyte for cathode membrane chamber respectively. The results show that when ammonia is used as electrolyte, Cu^2+ removal rate and concentration in the wastewater are 90. 72 % and 10. 16 mg/L respectively. Compared with other electrolytes, it has the features of higher removal rate and short reaction time, etc. The form of Cu^2+ recovery is different when different electrolytes are used in recovering the Cu^2+ in the wastewater.
