简要介绍了芳纶1414的性能特点和当前状况。结合两条比较成熟的芳纶1414长丝纺丝生产线流程,对芳纶1414长丝纺丝生产线的设备排布特点进行了分析。根据这些设备排布特点,介绍了芳纶1414长丝纺丝生产线上主要单元机的结构形式、结构特征及研发注意事项等。
The peculiarity and the current stalus of PPTA fiber were introduced briefly. Consulting two successful spin- ning production processes of PirFA filament, the arrange peculiarity of equipment for PPTA filament spinning product ine was analyzed. Basing the arrange peculiarity of equipment, the strure.ure form, the struclure eharctteristic and the study precautions of PPTA filament spinning product line were discussed.
