本文就美国近 30年的研究开发经费的来源与分配情况作一较具体的分析 。
Research and Development (R&D) is a creative part in the research activities. The source of funds is the key to R&D activities. The distribution of funds determines the using efficiency of the funds. This article analyses the source and distribution of American R&D funds in thirty years, and discuss several problems about the source and distribution of R&D funds in China.
