摘要
目的:探讨关于耻骨直肠肌综合症的治疗方法。方法:阅读并分析关于耻骨直肠肌综合症治疗的国内外文献。结果:耻骨直肠肌综合症的治疗方法繁多,保守治疗包括饮食疗法,生物反馈疗法,肉毒毒素A注射法,扩肛术和微波疗法,手术治疗方法包括耻骨直肠肌全束部分切除术,闭孔内肌移植术,改良肛直肠环闭孔内肌缝合术耻骨直肠肌切断加皮下组织与直肠浆肌层缝合术、小针刀钩切治疗法等。结论:各种治疗方法都是为了彻底消除症状,去除病灶,又能尽量减少患者痛苦及并发症。
