摘要 在手术室环境下,电磁干扰比较严重,各种医疗设备的正常工作较容易受到影响;针对手术室中常用的医疗设备———电动手术床,对其控制系统进行电磁兼容性(Electromagnetic Compatibility,EMC)设计,提高其EMC性能;首先采用故障树分析法对手术床控制系统进行EMC风险评估,找出导致控制系统EMC性能不良的原因;然后利用CAN总线、隔离、滤波等技术来完成本控制系统的EMC设计,软件方面采用抗干扰技术来保证程序的正确执行;经过测试表明,采用CAN总线设计的手术床控制系统具有较好的电磁兼容性,抗干扰性能较好,EMC风险评估方法和EMC设计方法具有参考价值。 The medical devices are suffering from bad operations when interfered by electromagnetic disturbances which are more serious in tbe operating room where the motorized operating bed is a common medical device. EMC designs of control system are carried out, which are intended to insure the EMC performance of motorized operating bed. Above all, FTA--based risk assessments have been applied to the control system for the reason why the EMC performance of the control system is bad; then CAN bus, isolation technology and filtering tech- nology are utilized to proceed with the EMC designs, and the software anti--jamming technique is taken into account. The tests indicate that the control system of motorized operating bed based on CAN bus shows good EMC performance, the EMC risk assessment and EMC designs adopted are practical.
