摘要
为实现某现场测量中多参数数据的可靠稳定传输与控制,通过研究工业以太网、TCP/IP协议、双网卡冗余和快速故障恢复技术,设计组建了综合数据传输与控制系统,编制了基于网络通信、"心跳"探测机制和多线程技术的传输与控制软件,有效提高了多数据的远程传输与控制的可靠性和稳定性;在环境较为恶劣,且测量参数与控制设备较多的现场测量中,该综合数据传输与控制系统可实现多数据的可靠稳定传输和远程控制。
In order to realize the insitu measurement of multiple parameter data reliable transmission and control, accord- ing to industrial Ethernet, TCP/IP protocol, double network cards redundancy and fast fault recovery technology, the com- prehensive data transmission and control system is designed and set up, transmission and control software based on network communication, "heart beat" detection mechanism and multithreading technology is written, the reliability and stability of the remote transmission and control are improved effectively. In the measurement when environment is very bad, and the meas uring parameters and control equipment more spot measurement, the comprehensive data transmission control System is reliable and stable.
