摘要
为了满足某洗煤厂对工艺流程和控制等的要求,提出了采用工业以太网和PROFIBUS总线的计算机控制系统。计算机集散控制系统能很好地将分布于洗煤厂各部位的各控制系统集中管理,使操作员在中控室就能记录各主要参数、分析参数、发现故障并且对故障进行跟踪分析,提高控制效果和效率。
In order to meet a coal washing plant for process and control requirements, a computer control system is proposed by use of industrial ethernet and PROFIBUS bus. Distributed control system will be well distributed in various parts of coal washing plant control system, centralized management, so that in control room operator will be able to record main parameters, analysis parameters, find fault and fault into follow-up analysis and improve control effect and efficiency.
