摘要
高校各系部的资料信息与图书馆的文献情报一样,是人类文明和智慧的结晶,是社会的财富,是高校提高办学质量的必要条件和重要保证,不仅过去如此、现在如此,而且将来更是如此。它在形式上虽有别于图书馆,但却具有相同的性质,即高校图书馆和各系部资料室在高校教育改革中同样起着至关重要的作用,在科学技术迅猛发展的今天,协调好与高校图书馆的关系,利用各系部丰富的资料与信息,为领导决策和各系部工作起到参谋、咨询作用,有效服务于教育、教学与科研,是各系部资料室职能之一。
In Colleges and universities, there are some differences between libraries and departments' reference rooms, however, departments' reference rodms have same characteristics and functions with libraries, for example, they have similarly a lot of reference information and document information which are necessary condition and important assurance for improving teaching quality in them, and they are equally important to education reformation of colleges and universities.
