摘要
[目的]研究天津地区近10年来治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(简称心衰)中医中药规律。[方法]近10年来天津地区中医药治疗心衰临床研究方面文献资料的回顾性总结,从中医药治疗心衰总体用药规律、组方用药规律和辨证用药规律等3个方面加以分析。[结果]1)总体用药规律:用药类别由高到低依次为补虚药、活血化瘀药、利水渗湿药;常用中药依次为丹参、黄芪、茯苓等。2)组方用药规律:用药类别由高到低也同样为补虚药、活血化瘀药、利水渗湿药;常用中药依次为茯苓、党参、当归等。3)常见中医证型和药物依次是:气虚血瘀型:当归、白芍、川芎、桃仁、红花、黄芪、人参等;阳虚水泛型:茯苓、白芍、生姜、白术、附子、人参。[结论]近10年天津地区中医心衰主要从瘀、虚、湿辨证论治。
[Objective] Study drug laws on Tianjin area in recent 10 years of traditional Chinese medicine in treating congestive heart failure regularity. [Methods] Through the clinical research literature review of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of heart failure in Tianjin area during the past 10 years, a deeply analysis had done from three aspects. [Results] 1） The application of overall drugs： categories of the drugs were tonifying deficiency medicine, promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis medicine, clearing damp and promoting diuresis medicine. The commonly used Chinese herbal medicines were Danshen （Radix Salviae Mihiorrhizae）, Huangqi （Radix Astragali） and Fuling （Poria）. 2） The clinical application of the prescription wag the same as the categories of the overall drugs. The most frequently used herbs were Fuling （Poria）, Dangshen （Radix Codonopsis） and Danggui （Radix Angelicae Sinensis）. 3） The commonly used syndromes and herbs： Qi deficiency and blood stagnation syndrome with the herbs such as Danggui （Radix Angelicae Sinensis）, Baishao （Raidix Paeoniae Alba）, Chuanxiong （Rhizoma Chuanxiong）, Taoren （Semen Persicae）, Honghua （Flos Carthami）, Huangqi （Radix Astragali） and Renshen （Radix Ginseng）. Uncontrolled water with asthenic Yang syndrome using the herbs such as Fuling （Poria）, Baishao （Raidix Paeoniae Alba）, Shengjiang （Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens）, Baizhu （Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae）, Fuzi （Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata）, and Renshen （Radix Ginseng）. [Conclusion] Nearly 10 years of Chinese medicine in the treatment of heart failure in Tianjin mainly from stasis, deficiency, wet treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
