摘要
提出了一种高可靠性、低成本的旋转变压器解算方法。首先分析了该方法的基本原理,对传统解算电路做了改进设计,降低了系统成本,同时提高了系统工作可靠性。在引入CORDIC算法进行转角解算后,可有效提高解算精度。在实验部分,以永磁同步电机为被测对象完成了相关测试工作。结果表明,所提出的旋转变压器解算方法具有精度高、实时响应性好等特点,完全满足现代控制测量领域对系统的成本、测量精度和可靠性等方面提出的较为苛刻的要求。
A demodulation method of resolver with high reliability and low-cost was presented. The basic principles of this method were analyzed. The cost of control system was reduced, and the design of traditional demodulation circuit was improved. The reliability of system which based on the improved circuit was enhanced. Applied the algorithm of coordinate rotation digital computer(CORDIC) in the demodulation of rotation angle, the computational precision was enhanced effectively. As the measured object, a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) prototype was tested in experiments. The experimental results verify that the demodulation method and hardware circuit have the outstanding features of high precision and well real-time response ability and meet the requirements of measure system.
