摘要
深入研究分析气体绝缘组合电器(GIS)母线的损耗发热计算问题,以单相GIS母线为例,建立了基于电磁场—流场—温度场综合计算的损耗发热有限元求解模型,并进行了计算分析。在探讨集肤效应、电导率温度效应、对流与辐射散热以及重力等因素对损耗发热计算结果影响的基础上,计算分析了该类母线的损耗和温度分布规律,并与测试数据进行了比较。结果表明,在GIS母线损耗发热计算中,只有综合考虑上述因素影响,才能进行准确合理的求解。
To research and analyze the loss and heat of Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) bus bar thoroughly, the electromagneticfluid-temperature field model of single-phase GIS bus bar is established by finite element method. After analyzing the influences of some important factors, including skin effect, electro-conductivity temperature effect, convection and radiation and gravity, the losses of and the temperature distribution on the bus bar are calculated, and compared with the tests. The results show that the data will be more accurate and reasonable if these factors are considered in the loss and heat computation of GIS bus bar.
