摘要
Th17细胞是一类新型的CD4+T细胞,STAT3、RORγt和RORα等参与了其分化调控。最近,大量研究表明,Th17及其相关的细胞因子在支气管哮喘中起着重要的作用,参与了气道炎症、气道重塑以及气道高反应性。
Th17 cell represent a new subset of CD4＋ CD effector T cells,some factors.Such as STAT3 and RORγt as well as RORα are involved in the differentiation and regulations of the Th17 cells.Recently,researches demonstrate that Th17 cells and its related Cytokines play crucial roles in the development of bronchial asthma,which may contribute to airway inflammation of bronchial asthma,airway remodeling and hyperresponsiveness.
