摘要
高校图书馆在数字资源保存方面发挥着重要作用,应制定合理、完善的长期保存政策来引导数字资源保存的实践。美国高校图书馆数字资源保存政策分为综合性政策和专门性政策,这些政策都明确表示数字资源保存的使命(目的)应与大学本身的使命一致,并明确描述了保存客体(对象)的相关信息,突出了财政支持和员工等非技术因素的地位,明确指出要建立合作机制。我国数字资源保存活动起步较晚,高校图书馆的数字资源保存政策相对较少。我国高校图书馆应根据实际情况,借鉴国外的成功经验,从保存使命、保存主体、保存客体、保存策略、保障机制、合作机制等方面着手制定数字资源保存政策。
University libraries play an important role in the digital resource preservation,so they should formulate reasonable and perfect long-term preservation policies to guide the digital resource preservation.Digital resource preservation policies of university libraries in American could make into comprehensive policies and specialized policies,these policies have same points： making sure the mission or purpose of the digital resource preservation should be consistent with the mission of the university,describing the information of preservation objects clearly,giving prominence to the position of the non-technical factors including financial support and employee,and indicating that they should establish cooperation mechanisms.Digital resource preservation activities start late in China,and digital resource preservation policies of university libraries are relatively less.Therefore,according to actual situations of China and the successful experience of foreign countries,university libraries should formulate digital resource preservation policies from the preservation mission,preservation subjects,preservation objects,preservation strategies,safeguard mechanisms,and cooperation mechanisms.
