摘要
结合当前中国房地产企业的融资现状和国际房地产投资信托基金的发展现状,以房地产企业融资渠道为切入点,通过分析中国引入REITs的必要性,给出适合中国国情的房地产投资信托基金的金融创新模式和相关制度安排,以期有利于中国住房市场的健康发展。
Combined with the situation of Chinese real estate enterprise financing status and the international real estate investment trusts,taking the real estate enterprise＇s financing channel as the breakthrough point,through the analysis of the necessity of introducing China REITs,we make some financial innovation modes and related system arrangements suitable for China＇s national conditions so as to contribute to the healthy development of China＇s housing market.
