摘要
创新方法的实施是一项政府牵头,产学研各界广泛参与的系统工程,需要各方的协作。如何充分利用各类社会资源,采取相应的模式,使其发挥自身优势,服务于创新方法工作的实施,需要深入研究创新方法工作的本质特征。为了有效地促进创新方法的应用,服务创新型国家建设的战略部署,促进企业自主创新能力的提高,在推广创新方法工作实践基础上,建立以试点建设为支撑,以人才培养为核心,以官产学研为纽带,以理论培训为途径、以知识流动为目标的创新方法推广模式,以及每个模式各个环节工作开展的具体实施策略。
Innovation methodology project is a systematic engineering under the leadership of government,which needs the participation and cooperation of Industry-University-Institute Union.The characteristics of the innovation methodology project should be discussed in order to choose an effective popularization pattern to utilize the social resources to implement innovation methodology.Popularization and application of innovation method is an important channel to build an innovative country,which is helpful to improve innovation ability of the enterprise and cultivate the innovative labors for society.And it is a part of strategy of innovational country building.The popularization pattern is discussed in this paper including pilot development,innovation education,Government-Industry-University-Institute Union,TRIZ training and knowledge flow.The corresponding steps are illustrated in details.
