摘要
针对灯泡贯流式机组主要部件刚强度性能的考核问题,阐述了转轮体单独计算和联合受力分析的方法,分析了转轮体单独计算和联合受力分析计算结果,解析计算了转轮体正常工况和飞逸工况的弯曲应力。计算结果表明,解析法计算出的转轮体的平均弯曲应力和联合受力分析的平均应力比较接近,联合计算分析能真实反映转轮体在实际运行中的应力变化情况。
Aiming at the examination of main part stiffness of runner hub of bulb tubular turbine,this paper expounds the individual calculation and combined work for runner hub,analyzes the result of two methods,calculates and analyzes the bending stress under normal and runaway condition.Calculation shows that the average bending stress worked out by analysis method is close to that by combined work.Combined work is,therefore,able to reflect real stress change of runner hub in practical running.
