摘要
用碱蒸汽法制备表层纳米氧化锆包覆的介孔SBA-15微球(SBA@ZrO2),并将其作为高效液相色谱柱的填料.将自制的纤维素-三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)直接涂敷到SBA@ZrO2核壳复合微球上,作为手性固定相,通过高效液相色谱对十种手性醇进行了直接拆分.研究发现,运用此方法制备介孔微球简单、高效,不仅保持了SBA-15介孔微球颗粒的均匀性、较大的孔径,较高的比表面积、规则的孔道和优良的渗透性等的优点,又具有氧化锆的表面特性;实验发现此手性固定相具有较好的拆分能力,可以对手性醇进行良好的拆分.介孔SBA@ZrO2可以用作高效液相色谱的填料.
The SBA@ZrO2 was prepared by the NH3/water vapor-induced internal hydrolysis method for post-synthesis coating of zirconia on the mesopore walls of SBA-15 as supports for high performance liquid chratogomraphy.The support prepared by this method was of larger surface area,lower density,better permeability,less background pressure for chiral separation.SBA@ZrO2 was coated with cellulose tris-(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate)(CDMPC) as the chrial stationary phase.Direct optical resolutions of ten racemates were successfully obtained on the chrial stationary phase.It is expected the SBA@ZrO2 as the packing materials have a potential use in separation.
