摘要
在两型社会的建设中,产业集群及其集群内的企业不仅需要发展经济实力,而且还要兼顾节能减排和环境保护的社会责任。因此,论文在国内外学者的研究基础上,结合两型社会建设要求,探讨了影响产业集群创新的六大因素,并提出从投融资体制、企业制度体系、产学院合作机制、区域循环经济体系四个方面入手推进两型背景下产业集群的创新。
In the construction of two-oriented society,industrial clusters and enterprises not only need to develop economic strength,but also should pay attention to their social responsibility of energy-saving and environmental protection.Therefore,based on research done by domestic and foreign scholars,and taking the need of the two-oriented society into consideration,this paper discusses the impact of innovation by industrial clusters from seven factors,and puts forward countermeasures to promote Innovation of industrial cluster in two-oriented society,including financing system,enterprise system,company-university-institute cooperation mechanisms,and regional recycling economy.
