摘要
建立相应数学模型,利用模糊数学的合成运算方法,从多方面因素:经济效益,环境效益,社会效益,分别对4种典型冷热源形式进行综合评价.最终确定该市冷热源最佳方案.
The mathematical model is established to comprehensively evaluate four typical cold-heat source forms from aspects of economic effect,environmental effect and social effect,respectively,by using the synthetic operation method of fuzzy mathematics.The best scheme of cold-heat source form for the city is ultimately determined.
