摘要
自密实钢管混凝土是将混凝土填入薄壁钢管内形成的介于钢结构与混凝土结构之间的一种新型组合结构。实际工程中如何使钢管内混凝土密实,不产生夹层、离析和气囊,是确保钢管与混凝土共同工作的关键。文章通过工程实例详细阐述了泵送顶升自密实钢管混凝土施工工艺、节点设计与连接方式,以及原材料要求与施工过程质量控制措施等,并通过工程实体检测,符合设计与工程质量要求。
Self-compact concrete-filled steel tubular columns is a new type of composite structure ly- ing between the steel structures and concrete structures, which is formed by filling concrete into thin-walled steel tubing. In actual projects, to ensure well-compacted concrete that is free of double layer, dissection and gasbag is the key to guarantee proper work of ing. The application technology of pump-lift self-compact concrete sign and connection of nodes, the requirements of raw material and compact-filled concrete steel tub- for steel tubular columns, the de- quality control measures through- out the whole construction process were discussed via an actual engineering example. Through the project entity examination, it is indicated that the compact concrete-filled steel tubing can conform with the design and engineering quality requirements and provide useful data for similar projects.
