摘要
目的:建立毛细管气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中的正丁醇的方法。方法:通过各种实验条件确立气相色谱的适宜条件,并对方法学中的线性、精密度和准确度等参数进行了试验。结果:4min内完成测定并获得良好的直线方程,相关系数在0.9999,精密度RSD在3.65%～5.54%之间,解吸效率90.9%～93.8%之间。结论:该方法操作简便,重复性好,适用于工作场所空气中的正丁醇的测定。
Objective： To establish a method for determination of butyl alcohol in the air workplace by capillary gaschromatography method. Methods： Some parameters of gas chromatography and other indexes such as correlative coefficient, precision and accuracy were determined by the test.Results： It was analyzed in 4 min,the correlative coefficient of the method was o.9999,the recovery and the relative standard deviation of the method were 90.9% -93.8% and3.65%- 5.54%. Conclusion：The method is simple,sensitive and suitable for Determination of butyl alcohol in the air workplace.
