摘要
大学生党员在建设和谐校园过程中发挥着重要的作用,其优势体现在角色双重性、地位不可替代性和成效显著性。调查显示,大学生党员存在着党性修养不高,责任意识淡薄,言行不一等问题。规范党员发展流程、强化党员意识、加强责任感教育和打造类型多样的校园管理平台是提升大学生党员综合素质的主要途径。
Abstract ：College students CPC members plays an important role in the construction of harmonious cam pus, whose advantages are reflected in the double roles, irreplaceable status, and remarkable result. How ever, college students CPC members have such problems as low Party spirit cultivation, scare sense of responsibility, unmatched words and deeds. Therefore, to improve their comprehensive quality, such mea sures are suggested be taken as to regulate Party member development process, strengthen their conscious ness of being Party members, and build various types of campus management platform.
