摘要
提高游客让渡价值是提升城市旅游产业竞争力的有效路径。本文利用泰安市576份旅游者的调查数据,从旅游交通、旅游餐饮、旅游住宿、旅游购物、旅游娱乐、旅游景点、旅游宣传、旅行社服务、城市形象9个层面对游客的让渡价值进行了实证分析。研究结果表明:从总体看,泰安市旅游业的竞争优势并未显现,提高游客让渡价值的空间较大。
Improving the tourists delivered value is an effective path to enhance the city tourism industry competitiveness.The paper applies the 576 tourists survey data in Taian city,from tourist traffic,tourism catering,tourism accommodation,tourism shopping,tourism entertainment,tourist attractions,tourist information,travel services,city image nine aspects to analysis the tourists delivered value.The result show that the competitive advantage of tourism industry in Tai'an city does not appear and raise the tourists delivered value with large space in general.
