摘要
叙述ＣＡＴＶ网络基本技术参数及其测量原理，简述其测量方法，介绍测试仪表的工作原理和电路实现方法，并给出了系统的软件流程。
Theory of how to measure main technical parameters of CATV networks is introduced, measurement methods are briefly described. Principles and circuit design means of testing meter are analyzed. Softwareflow chart of system and some practical experience are also given.
