摘要
目的建立测定小儿至宝丸中橙皮苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Capcell pak-C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(12∶14∶74)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为284 nm。结果橙皮苷进样量在0.02~2.2μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 98),平均加样回收率为100.81%,RSD=0.65%(n=6)。结论所采用的方法简便、准确、灵敏、耐用性好,可用于小儿至宝丸的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for HPLC determination of hesperidin in Xiaoer Zhibao Ppills. Methods The Capcell PAK - C18 colunm (150 ran1 x 4.6 ram, 5 ptm) as the chromatographic column and methanol -acetonitrile -0. 1% phosphoric acid aqueous solu- tion(12: 14:74)as the mobile phase were adopted. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detective wave length was 284 nm. Results The linearity range was 0.02-2.2μg(r =0. 999 98), the average recovery rate of hesperidin was 100.81%, RSD =0.65% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and sensitive with good durability, which can be used for the quality control of Xiaoer Zhibao Pills.
