摘要
本文首先对基于IP 网络的视频业务进行了探讨, 然后对相关的网络技术、信源技术作了描述, 最后对QoS 的协议和技术进行了分析比较。
This paper discussed the problems related video service based on IP , described related network and source compression technology,then consider and contrast the different QoS effort.
