摘要
大力发展金融、物流、旅游以及软件和服务外包等服务业,是实现产业结构升级的战略重点。辽宁省长期存在资源枯竭、产业结构不合理等问题。而软件业和服务外包业经过近十年的发展,已经成为辽宁省最具竞争优势的新兴产业。因此,辽宁省需要借助日韩等国服务外包转移的机遇,大力发展服务业外包业,促进产业结构的升级。所以找出承接服务外包转移的影响因素,是分析辽宁省发展服务外包业的关键。
The development of service industries in- cluding finance, logistics, tourism software and ser- vice outsourcing is the strategic focus of upgrading the industrial structure of Liaoning Province. There are long -standing development issues such as irra- tional industrial structure, resource depletion in liaoning province. The software and service outsourc- ing industry, after nearly a decade of development, has won the most competitive advantage in emerging indus- tries. Therefore, it is necessary to use the opportuni- ties of undertaking service outsourcing coming from Japan, South Korea and other countries to promote the upgrading of industrial structure in Liaoning Province.Therefore,finding out the effect factors of service outsourcing is the key to analyze development of service outsourcing industry in liaoning province.
