基于便捷性和效益最大化的快速公交线网规划研究 被引量:2

摘要 为设计快速公交线网,结合杭州、常德、常州等市快速公交项目经验,提出快速公交线网规划的选线原则;选取线网便捷性作为最大约束条件,以柳州快速公交一号线线网规划为例进行分析,得出8条快速公交线路可以达到48条常规公交线路的运营效果,并采用时间相对效益值来衡量是否实施快速公交专用通道,目的是使快速公交效益最大化。 According to the experiences of BRT projects implemented in Hang Zhou,Chang De,Chang Zhou and so on, we can turn out the principle of choosing rapid-bus route. This article regards the network con- venience as the biggest constraint condition, taking Liuzhou no. 1 bus rapid transit line network planning for example, to analyze the rationality of the Bus Rapid Transit network, and then come to the conclusion that 8 bus rapid transit lines can play 48 conventional bus line. At last this article applies time relative effi- ciency value to study implementation effect of special bus lane. The ultimate goal is to make rapid transit benefit maximization.
