摘要
为分析焊缝形式对自卸汽车车箱结构强度的影响,建立了以板壳单元为基本单元的有限元分析模型,采用多体动力学仿真分析软件SIMPACK,仿真计算得到了油缸的举升力,按朗肯主动土压力理论计算得到了装载的砂石对各板的作用力,应用Hyperworks有限元软件对连续焊和断续焊缝车箱结构强度进行了静态强度分析。结果表明,车箱举升角为1.2°时,断续焊的最大应力比连续焊的最大应力大60.4MPa,举升角为51°时,断续焊的最大应力比连续焊的最大应力小32.5MPa,但断续焊的最大应力均在材料的许用应力范围内,采用断续焊可以提高生产效率。
In order to analyze the effect of weld form to the structural strength of the dump truck cargo body, the finite elements analysis model was established based on shell elements. The lifting force of the cylinder was simulated by multi-body dynamics simulation software SIMPACK, the pressures from loaded sand stone to each cargo body plate were calculated according to Rankine active earth pressure theory, and the finite element analysis software Hyperworks was used to calculate the static strength of cargo body un- der continuous weld and intermittent weld. The result provided when the lifting angle was 1.2°, the maxi- mum strength under intermittent weld was 60.4 MPa bigger than that under continuous weld, and when the lifting angle was 51°, the maximum strength under intermittent weld was 32.5 MPa smaller than that under continuous weld. The maximum strength under intermittent weld was in permissible strength ar- range, so using intermittent weld could improve the production efficiency.
