摘要
采用固相反应法,制备了(1-x)BNKT2-xBCT无铅压电陶瓷.研究了BCT加入对其相结构、介电、铁电、电致应变性能的影响.实验结果表明:在设定条件下,所有样品都形成了纯的钙钛矿结构,且在x=0.04~0.08之间处于四方相和伪立方相的过渡区域.材料去极化温度趋向于室温附近.弛豫性增强(γ=1.94),强烈削弱了材料的铁电性,使得剩余极化强度和压电系数减小很多.在x=0.04组分附近应变量达到最大值(0.122%),d33*达到230pm/V.
The(1-x)BNKT2-xBCT lead free ceramics are prepared by the conventional solid-state sintering process.The phase components,dielectric,ferroelectric properties and electric field-induced strain with BCT are investigated.It is indicated that under the demanded condition all samples are pure perovskite structure,tetragonal and pseudo-cubic phase transition region exists in the range of x=0.04 to 0.08.The depolarization temperature of the material tend to room temperature and relaxation enhancements to γ=1.94.The ferroelectric of the material is weakened strongly,making the remanent polarization and piezoelectric coefficient appears significant reduction.Near the x=0.04 strain reached maximun 0.122%,d33* reached 230 pm/V.
