摘要
探讨了杜邦三釜装置,预聚至终聚段单靠环封阀控制的弊端并提出了改进方案。改造后,通过预聚物泵来代替环封阀,实现了物料平衡由单一控制变为定量控制,保证了切片中DEG含量稳定,延长了熔体过滤器的切换周期,降低了突发事件对黏度控制的影响。
The disadvantages of the control of Du Pont three reactors plant prepolymerization to final polycondensation stage by ring seal value were discussed.The improvement scheme were put forward.After transformation,the ring seal valve was replaced with prepolymer pump,the material balance control was changed from single content to quantitative control.The stable of DEG content in chip was guaranteed.The switch period of melt filter was prolonged.The effect of emergent events on viscosity control was reduced.
