摘要
在熔体直纺环吹风冷却工艺路线上,使用"一"型喷丝板,设置缓和的冷却条件和适当的无风区,降低纺丝速度到2 500m/min以下,生产出的POY加工工艺条件为DR:1.66,D/Y:1.65,车速680 m/min,H1:190℃,H2:150℃。DTY异形度达到35%以上,加工的织物毛立感强,具有独特的风格和优异的性能。
Under the melt direct spinning circular air blow cooling process route,by using the＂—＂type spinneret,setting mildly cooling conditions and suitable calm zone,decreasing the spinning speed to below 2 500 m/min,the processing technique conditions of the produced POY is DR 1.66,D/Y 1.65,speed 680 m/min,H1,190 ℃,H2 150 ℃.The profile degree of DTY can reach over 35%.The processing fabric has strong wool stereoscopic feel with unique style and excellent performance.
