摘要
建筑工程运用招标投标,是经济发展的需要。我国建筑工程招标投标经过几十年的发展,形成了有自身特点的体系,文章通过发展过程,分析了存在的问题,提出了具体的解决措施。
It is needed for economical development to apply public bidding for constructional engineering.With decades of development,the public bidding for constructional engineering becomes a system with its own characteristics.The existing problems are analyzed through the development process and the specific solutions are proposed.
