摘要
随着人口老龄化的加剧,延迟退休年龄已成为世界上大多数国家普遍采取的对策。然而,由于担心延迟退休年龄会增加失业,这一举措也遭到延迟退休国家民众的普遍反对。那么,延迟退休年龄究竟对就业有何影响?如何找到延迟退休年龄与就业市场需求之间的均衡点?我们从充分就业和劳动经济学理论出发,构建了延迟退休年龄与就业关系的计量模型,揭示了延迟退休年龄与就业、经济发展之间内在关系。
Nowadays the policy of postponing the retirement age has gained widespread acceptance in most countries in the world to deal with the aggravation of the aging of population. Meanwhile, this policy meets with wide spread opposition because the public fear that it will aggravate unemployment.
