摘要
前列腺摘除术后，伤口疼痛及痉挛性收缩痛是患者最强烈的痛苦，一般镇痛药物效果欠佳。对３０ 例患者采用留置硬膜外导管注药止痛的办法，具有效果好、副作用小、病人恢复快等优点。
The wound pain and contracture pain were violent suffering for patients after prostatectomy.The normal analgesies were low effective.30 patients received drug injection through cavitas epiduralis,the benefits of the procedure were:high effection,rate adverse reactions,quickly rehabilitative.
