摘要
目的了解宁夏公务员健康状况及生活方式。方法采用多阶段分层抽样方法,随机抽取若干单位,对18～60岁公务员进行问卷调查,内容包括自测健康量表、心理健康量表及成人生活方式量表,对问卷得分情况及影响因素进行分析。结果不同年龄组社会健康量表得分有统计学意义(F=3.354,P<0.05),不同人均收入在生理健康、心理健康得分和量表总分之间均有统计学意义(F分别为3.385,4.519,7.659,P<0.05);不同婚姻状态的社会健康得分不同(F=3.560,P=0.014);不同性别、年龄、受教育程度、婚姻状况、收入的状态焦虑得分无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同年龄、婚姻状态的人群社会支持得分不同,有统计学意义(P<0.05);调查对象的状态焦虑得分与社会支持得分呈负相关(r=-0.191,P=0.000);调查吸烟者202人(27.4%),被动吸烟比例466人占63.1%;饮酒者335人,占45.5%。结论良好的社会支持会减少心理问题,减轻心理压力。
To understand the health status of civil servants and their lifestyle in Ningxia. Methods Multi stage stratified sampling method, a number of randomly selected units of 18 to 60 years civil service questionnaire and physical health, mental health, social health, lifestyle scale scores and analysis of factors. Results Social health of different age groups was statistically significant （F = 3. 354, P =0.019）. Different income in the physical health, mental health score and total score were statistically significant （F = 3. 385,4.519,7. 659, P 〈 0.05 ）. The scores of social health among male and female were significant difference （ F = 3. 560, P = 0.014）. Different gender, age, educational level, marital status, income, state anxiety score was not significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Different age, social support score of people of different marital status were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Survey of state anxiety scores were negatively correlated social support score （r = - 0. 191, P = 0.000）. Condusion The more social support may produce less anxiety and depression.
