摘要
分析了影响振弦传感器测频精度的因素,并总结出提高测量精度的措施和方法。将这些方法合理地结合在一起,设计一种高精度的压力检测系统。硬件上包括采用C8051F340作为主控制芯片,基于扫频技术的激振电路,合理的测频电路以及有效的温度补偿。软件上采用模块化的程序设计,C语言编写,结构清晰,便于移植。
This paper analyzed the factors that influence the measuring accuracy of vibrating wire sensors, and summarized the methods of improving the measuring accuracy. A high precision pressure detection system was designed by properly combined with these methods. The hardware used C8051 F340 as MCU, excitation circuit based on scanning frequency, reasonable frequency measuring circuit and effective temperature compensation. The software adopted the modular programming by C language. The system has simple structure and transplant convenient.
