摘要
润滑油中磨粒反映了机械运行状态的大量信息,所以对磨粒进行检测具有很重要的工程应用价值。依据润滑油中磨粒与电感线圈之间耦合关系,设计了一种三线圈电感式磨粒在线监测传感器。根据传感器测量原理,该检测电路设计主要包括调幅调相驱动电路、前置放大电路、精密整流电路和后级滤波放大电路。实验结果表明:该检测电路结合后续NI信号采集模块与LabVIEW数据处理,对铁磁磨粒的分辨率达到100μm.
The particles in lubricating oil reflect a lot of information of Mechanical operation Status, so the particle detection has a very important engineering application. Design a three-coil inductive particle monitoring sensor, according to the coupling re- lation between particle in lubricating oil and the induction coil. Basing on the sensor measurement principle, the detection circuits include drive circuit of amplitude and phase adjustment,pre-amplifier,precision rectifier circuit and the second stage filter amplifier circuit. The results show that:the detection circuits combine with the follow-up signal acquisition module and the LabVIEW NI data processing, the detection resolution of ferromagnetic abrasive reaches 100 μm.
