摘要
依据应用于能动光学系统中的螺旋传动式驱动器,建立了螺旋传动系统中螺纹副的物理模型;由螺纹副之间的摩擦类型,推导出其运动的动力学表达式,详细分析了螺纹副的爬行运动,以及爬行运动发生的判据函数,同时分析了螺纹副各个参数对爬行运动发生的影响。通过对实际螺旋传动系统中的螺纹副进行建模,利用所推导的动力学表达式对其进行分析和优化,同时运用Simulink软件对同一系统进行建模和分析,二者得出相一致的结果。
The model for screw pair in actuator of a power screw used in an active optics system was established,its equation of motion was also derived based on kinds of friction.Specifically,its stick-slip motion and criterion function were analyzed in detail,and then the influences of the parameters of the screw pair on the stick-slip motion were also analyzed.With the above dynamic equation,an actual screw-driven system was modeled,analyzed and optimized.In addition,its screw pair was modeled and analyzed using software Simulink,and it was shown that both two analyses provide very similar results.
