摘要
设防值的概念是一个安全的概念,而设防值的目标是确定装置必须达到抗腐蚀的能力,保障装置安全平稳运行。加工劣质原油容易对装置的安全生产造成冲击,尤其对常减压蒸馏装置和二次加工装置造成严重腐蚀,并造成了一系列的安全问题,因此为装置设置一道安全警戒线即设防值显得尤为重要。确定装置设防值可以帮助企业合理安排生产,合理采购原油,合理地进行原油混兑,保证装置不因腐蚀发生事故造成停车。文章还就原油劣质化程度加重;装置设备和管道的改变;装置长周期安全运行的压力增大;装置本身存在缺陷;原油的合理采购与优化排产需要以及企业效益的变化等方面阐述了设防值研究的必要性,并对设防值的研究情况进行了分析。
The threshold is a safety concept. The objective of specifying threshold is to determine the anti - corrosion capability the units must have to ensure the safe operation of the units. Serious corrosion will occur in the process units when low - quality crude oils are processed, especially in the atmospheric - vacuum distillation units and downstream process units, leading to a series of safety problems. Therefore, it is very important to specify a safety alarm line - threshold. The determination of threshold can help the refiners to appropriately arrange the production, p^chase proper crude oils and have a good crude oil blending to prevent corrosion - related accidents and associated unscheduled unit shutdowns. The necessity of determination of threshold is discussed in respect of deteriorating crude oil quality, , changes of units and piping, increased requirement on long - term safe operation of units, existing defects of units, purchase of appropriate crude oils, requirement of optimized arrangement of refinery operation and changes of companyg benefits, etc.
