摘要
目的:研究种植后应用CEREC Ⅲ全瓷单冠修复的抗折性能。方法:分对照组与实验组(n=16),实验组用CEREC Ⅲ全瓷单冠修复I TI 043.651s+048.606;对照组用随机拔除无龋坏上颌第三磨牙,然后在万能试验机上测试每组牙的抗折裂性能,并记录最大载荷,比较各实验组与对照组的抗折强度的差别。结果:实验组(2.56±0.22)抗折强度接近于对照组(2.49±0.15)(P>0.01)。结论:CEREC Ⅲ全瓷单冠强度上可以作为种植后单冠常规的修复手段。
Objective To study the anti- fracture strength of CEREC Ⅲ ceramic crown to repair implant. Methods Extracted teeth were used as control group (n=16).Experimental group (n=16) were CEREC Ⅲ ceramic crown used to repair implant(ITI 043.651s±048.606).Control guoup and Experimental group were assayed on a universal testing device with its maximal loading recorded. The anti- fracturestrength was compared between the 2 groups. Results The anti- fracture strength between the 2 groups was closely (2.56±0.22vs 2.49±0. 15,P〉0.01). Conclusion CEREC III ceramic crown can be used as routine restoration after implant.
