先天性颅颈交界畸形胚胎学基础及治疗研究进展

摘要
颅颈交界区(craniovertebraljunction,CVJ)畸形发病原因众多,欧美国家发病以类风湿关节炎、Paget病、颅骨软化、成骨不全等继发性病变多见;国内发病病因尚缺乏流行病学证据,但一般认为先天发育障碍引起的畸形较多。CVJ骨性结构包括由齿突、枢椎椎体以及枕骨基底部构成的中轴柱以及围绕中轴柱的两个环形结构。
