摘要
目的为研究非依赖性药物治疗海洛因成瘾 ,采用卡马西平和泰必利 ,按一定比例混匀配制成胶囊 (以下称胶囊 )治疗戒毒者的戒断症状。方法用于临床前 ,委托贵阳医学院药理教研室进行了动物药理和毒理试验。结果该胶囊能消除大小鼠对吗啡和海洛因依赖的戒断症状 ;大小鼠对胶囊无依赖性 ;急性和长期毒性试验表明无毒性作用。单用该胶囊治疗 70 0例自愿戒毒者 ,疗程 7～15天 ,随访 3个月 ,采取自身对照法 ,比较戒毒者治疗前后的症状和药物副反应等 ,发现该胶囊的治疗效果满意、安全、副反应小。结论随访中发现 ,该胶囊用于急性脱瘾后的维持治疗 ,可明显改善急性脱瘾后的迁延性戒断反应症状 ,如失眠、乏力、疼痛、激惹、抑郁或焦虑等。有助于降低复吸率 ,使用方便 。
Objective To study nondepended drug for treatment of heroin addiction.Methods A mixture of carbamagepine and tiapridum capsules medicine were administed to treat abstinence symptoms of heroin addicts. pharmacological and toxicological on animals were tested.Results The mixture capsule could rid of abstinence symptoms of addicted animals to heroin and morphia. Test animals was nondepended to mixture capsules.The capsules was not toxicity of longer and shoutterm to text animals. 700 volunteer addicted patients were treated with the capsules course of treatment 715 days and 3 months followup. The results shown that capsules was satisfactorily effective, safe and without any serious sidseffects.Conclusion The capsules could be well used maintainingtreatment acuteaddition, and family detoxification treatment.
