摘要
目的:探讨ICU病房患者下呼吸道暴发鲍曼不动杆菌感染原因,制定控制感染措施。方法:对2010年10月20日至2010年11月6日ICU住院患者暴发的鲍曼不动杆菌感染进行分析,并对环境及消毒灭菌效果进行检测。结果:本次鲍曼不动杆菌引起的下呼吸道感染罹患率为60.0%,消毒灭菌效果监测合格率为38.5%,病室环境中呼吸机管路、湿化瓶、床头柜表面、门把手、治疗车表面、病床表面等污染严重,患者使用的湿化瓶、呼吸机管路、床头柜、病床表面均培养出鲍曼不动杆菌。结论:加强ICU的感染管理,重视手卫生、环境卫生和严格执行消毒隔离制度,有效降低ICU的院感染暴发流行。
Objective： To investigate the reasons of acinetobacter baumannii outbreak found in the low respiratory tract of patients in ICU and formulate the control measures.Method： We investigated the outbreak of acinetobacter baumannii found in the low respiratory tract of patients in ICU and detected the inviroments and disinfection results during Oct.20th,2010 to Nov.6th,2011.Result： The infection rate of acinetobacter baumannii in the low respiratory tract was 60.0%,and the disinfection percent of pass was 38.5%.The pollution of breathing mathine pipes,humidification bottles,doornobs and the surface of bedside cupboards,treating cars,and beds was severe.Acinetobacter baumannii were found in cultures from breathing mathine pipes,humidification bottles,and the surface of bedside cupboards and beds.Conclusion： Enhancing the infection control in ICU,such as maintaining hand hygiene as well as environmental hygiene,complying with disinfections strictly,could effectively decrease the outbreak of nosocomial infection in ICU.
