摘要
目的:评价我院门诊患者抗菌药物的使用情况为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:随机抽取我院2011年3～10月份门诊病历768份进行回顾性分析,采用限定日剂量(DDD)分析方法对抗菌药物利用度及其使用情况进行统计分析。结果:我院使用抗菌药物基本合理,但也有一些不合理现象存在,表现为首量偏大、疗程过长或频繁换药,联合用药中单用较多。结论:我院抗菌药物使用基本合理,但也存在不合理现象,部分药品日均费用偏高,抗菌药物的使用需要进一步规范。
Objective：To analyze patient hospital use of antimicrobial agents for clinical drug reference.Methods：2011 randomly selected 1 -6 in the hospital medical records were retrospectively investigated 759 analysis, using the defined daily dose（DDD） analysis of the utilization of antimierobial agents and their use for statistical analysis. Results： The hospital use of antimicrobial agents is reasonable, but there are some irrational phenomenon, showing the amount is too large, led by long duration or frequent medication, combination therapy in the more alone. Conclusion： The hospital use of antimicrobial agents is reasonable, but there are also irrational phenomenon, part of the daily cost of drugs a little too high, the use of antimicrobial drugs needed to further standardize and improve.
